Etty Bay Surf Lifesaving Club
Etty Bay is a small, family-friendly club close to Innisfail, North Queensland.
Nestled in a small, sheltered bay, Etty Bay SLSC emphasises its nippers and junior programs and offers the opportunity to participate in surf sport and learn valuable lifesaving skills.
The club welcomes new members of the public and caters for ages from 5 onwards. There are not only opportunities to participate in surf sports and fitness but also to train for courses such as the Bronze Medallion, First Aid and Advanced Resuscitation techniques.
Native cassowary birds can sometimes be seen on the beach, sharing space with patrols, regular carnivals and surf sports.
